Thank You, More Please

A gratitude gathering to open your heart and receive

It doesn’t have to be loud. It doesn’t have to be earned. Sometimes it arrives as a quiet breath. Sometimes it sounds like: “I love this life… even in its mess.” “I want to feel more.” “Thank you. And yes, please — more.”

Thank You, More Please is a space to return to the part of you that’s already in awe. To feel not just better — but fuller. To soften into what’s working, what’s beautiful, what’s quietly blooming.

This isn’t about gratitude as an obligation. It’s about gratitude as a frequency — one you can live from, not just write down.

This is for you if:
  • You want to feel grateful — not because you “should,” but because your heart’s ready

  • You’ve been doing the inner work and want to feel the shift, not just think it

  • You’re craving joy that’s grounded, embodied, and emotionally real

  • You want to reconnect with life — not as a concept, but as a felt experience

What to Expect

We’ll guide you through a transformative full-body journey using two gentle yet powerful tools—designed to support you exactly where you are. No prior experience is needed—just show up as yourself. We’ve got you every step of the way.

DLF Chhatarpur, Delhi

4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Kundalini Yoga + Kirtan with Sukhmani We’ll begin by moving energy through breath, rhythm, and live mantra. Sukhmani guides a heart-led practice designed to clear emotional residue and invite presence. This isn’t about performance or pace — it’s about soft activation. The kind of movement that makes space for joy to rise in your body again.
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Sound Healing Journey with Gita Then, we’ll enter the kind of stillness that doesn’t empty you — it fills you. Gita holds space for deep, resonant rest. Through sound, silence, and emotional spaciousness, you’ll be invited into a quieter kind of gratitude — the kind that lives in your chest and lingers long after the session ends. No fixing. No pushing. Just soft, full-bodied receiving.
  • We’ll close the evening with tea, light snacks, soft music, and a small take-home token — a tangible reminder of what you touched within yourself.
5:45 pm - 7:00 pm

What You’ll Leave With:

  • A body that feels full, not just functional

  • A heart that feels open, not performative

  • A softer inner rhythm beneath the mental noise

  • A felt sense of presence and possibility
