What It’s Like
You lie down, eyes closed, and follow a guided breath pattern. The rhythm does the work. You might feel tingles, heat, emotion, or a wave of stillness. Some sessions are gentle; others crack things open. Either way, it’s held. And afterward, there’s usually a softness. A shift.
