Overthinker’s Club

Quiet Your Mind, Find Your Flow

For the ones stuck in their heads. Overthinking doesn’t look dramatic. It looks like lying in bed with racing thoughts at 2 AM. Replaying conversations that happened yesterday. Worrying about things that haven’t even happened yet. It’s invisible — but exhausting.

Overthinker’s Club is a gentle but powerful experience designed to support people who live mostly in their minds — and are ready to come back into their body, their breath, their rhythm.

This isn’t about silencing your thoughts. It’s about creating space around them. So your system can slow down. So your energy can move again. So you can feel a sense of peace that isn’t forced — it’s earned.

This is for you if:
  • You overthink everything — and you’re exhausted
  • You feel mentally tired even after resting
  • You crave mental quiet but don’t know how to get there
  • You’re ready for calm that’s body-based, not thought-based

What to Expect

We’ll guide you through a full-body reset using  gentle but powerful modality — chosen to help you find your version of calm. No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are — we’ll hold the rest.

Soothe the spiral. Get back to center.

  • Sitar Meditation + Sound Bath Yash Mukund is a sound therapist, multi-instrumentalist, and founder of Five Elements Sound & Music. His work is rooted in the understanding that sound has been used for centuries—not just for art or entertainment, but for healing, alignment, and inner transformation. This isn’t your average sound bath. Yash draws from ancient Indian sound traditions, blending classical sitar, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and elemental textures to create a deeply intentional, live sound journey.
We begin with a guided meditation accompanied by live sitar—a sacred instrument known for its ability to shift consciousness and stir something ancient in the soul. The sitar doesn’t just play music—it moves energy. It leads you gently inward, helping the mind slow down and the body surrender. From there, the session flows into a crystal sound bath, layered with harmonic frequencies, overtone-rich instruments, and grounded rhythm. These vibrations move through your energetic field, helping clear stagnant emotions, release mental tension, and invite cellular-level rest.
Yash’s approach honors the spiritual science of sound—where every note is played with purpose, and silence is just as important as sound. It’s not performative. It’s energetic architecture—sound as a portal, not just a practice. You don’t have to understand how it works to feel its effect. Just show up, lie down, and receive. The rest happens naturally.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have anxiety—will this help or overwhelm me?

This space was created for people with anxiety and overthinking patterns. Everything is slow, optional, and supportive. That said, if you’re currently navigating mental health conditions like acute anxiety, panic attacks, or depression, please let us know before class begins so we can hold space with extra care.

I’ve never experienced a sound bath or sound healing—do I need any experience?

Not at all. This is a beginner-friendly space. You’ll be gently guided through every practice—no pressure, no performance.

Will I have to talk or share in front of others?

Never required. Sharing is optional. This is a personal journey held in a shared, non-judgmental space.

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and rest with ease. If you tend to get cold during slow practices or in AC, bring a hoodie and socks—you’ll thank yourself later.

Can I bring my phone into the space?

We ask that all technology be kept outside the room. This is a device-free space to support presence, calm, and nervous system regulation.

Can I come alone?

Definitely. Most people do. You’ll be welcomed with warmth and zero awkwardness.

Is this only for women?

No. The energy is soft and nurturing, but this space is open to anyone who resonates with the theme of slowing down and reconnecting with themselves.

Will there be food?

Yes—calming teas and nourishing snacks will be served post-session to help you ground and integrate.

What if I get emotional?

Beautiful. That’s part of the process. Emotions are welcome here and will be held with compassion.

How many people will be there?

We keep it intimate—around 15 to 20 people—so it stays personal, calm, and well-held
