Breathwork + Ice Bath
We’ll begin by settling into the breath. Through a guided session of conscious connected breathwork, Rhythm will help you release tension, clear mental fog, and activate the part of you that knows how to stay grounded even when everything feels loud.
With your body more open and your mind quieted, you’ll step into the next layer of the experience — the ice bath. This isn’t about pushing limits. It’s about learning how to meet intensity with softness.
Rhythm will guide you in with presence and care, teaching you how to use your breath to stay steady when your nervous system wants to run. Each part of this journey prepares you for the next. Breathwork sets the foundation. The ice deepens the integration. Together, they become a reset — simple, powerful, and built to meet you where you are.
- Crystal Energy Healing with Meera Bhatia Then, we’ll lie down and let the quiet do its work. Meera weaves a space of stillness through crystal grids, energy work, and deep intuitive listening. You don’t need to figure anything out here. Just let your body receive. This session is less about release, more about softening — into safety, into clarity, into the kind of quiet that nourishes.
- We’ll close the evening with tea, light snacks, soft music, and a small take-home token — a tangible reminder of what you touched within yourself.

Do I have to get into the ice bath?
Not unless you’re ready. You’ll be fully guided and supported — and alternatives will be offered if you prefer to watch or modify.
Is this intense or high-energy?
The ice bath is stimulating, yes — but the energy overall is grounding, calming, and gentle. You’ll be taken care of throughout.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the bath. We provide everything else — including tea, snacks, and mats.
I’ve never done breathwork before — what’s it like?
It’s simple, guided breathing that anyone can do. You’ll lie down, follow Ryhthm’s voice, and let the breath do the work.
What can I expect to feel?
Most people experience a wave of calm, release of tension, and a light, energized body. Some feel emotions move through them, others feel clarity and deep relaxation. Every session is unique but always safe and supportive.
Can I come alone?
Definitely. Most people do. This is a welcoming, non-judgmental space.
Will there be food?
Yes — light snacks and drinks will be served post-session to help you ground and recover.
What if I have a health condition?
Please let us know before the session. The ice bath is optional and can be adjusted or skipped depending on your comfort and condition.
