Burnout Breakup is your chance to step out of overdrive and back into your body—with a curated sequence of breathwork, energy healing, and glow-inducing face yoga. It’s the pause your nervous system’s been begging for.
This isn’t about doing less. It’s about landing in yourself again—with softness, presence, and a face that looks like it finally took a deep breath.

- Breathwork We’re kicking things off with your breath—because that’s where all the good stuff starts. Akanksha will open the space with a quick download on the journey ahead, then guide us through movement and breath to wake up your energy centres (yes, the chakras you’ve been ignoring). It’s solstice season, and that means it’s time to move what’s stuck and stop babysitting your burnout. From there, we drop into a full-body breathwork journey—on your back, eyes closed, energy wide open. You’ll move through layers of what you’ve been holding and clear space to receive what’s actually meant for you. Higher frequency. Higher capacity. Higher you. No prep, no perfection. Just your breath, your body, and a willingness to stop playing small.

- Reiki A quiet reset for your nervous system, guided by subtle shifts in energy. In this session, Swagata uses intuitive energy work to help release stuck emotions, clear internal noise, and bring you back into balance. You may not be able to name what shifted—but you’ll feel it. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

- Face Yoga We close the evening with a light-hearted reset—because your face holds more than just expressions. This face yoga session will help you release built-up tension from your jaw, forehead, eyes and neck while also activating that inner radiance (yes, that one). You’ll leave with a natural glow, feeling lifted—inside and out.

I’ve never done anything like this before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Everything in this experience is guided gently—no prior knowledge or experience
needed. You’ll be held and supported through each practice, at your own pace.
What exactly happens in a session like this?
Think of it as a full-body reset. You’ll start with breathwork (to clear what’s stuck), move into
energy healing (to soothe and realign), and close with face yoga (to release tension and reconnect
with your glow). It’s not rigid or intense—it’s intuitive, layered, and very human.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself—and maybe your favourite face oil or cream.
We recommend coming:
• On an empty stomach (no food or caffeine for at least 2 hours before)
• With your face well-hydrated, and bring a preferred oil if your skin is sensitive (for ease
during face yoga)
• And please, no phones during the session—let this be a space without pings, rings, or
scrolls
What should I wear?
Think soft, breathable, and relaxed—yoga pants, loose tops, cozy socks. Avoid anything restrictive. In loose, comfy clothing you can move and lie down in. Avoid underwire bras, jeans, or tight/buttoned trousers
Is this therapy? Is it spiritual?
Not in the clinical or religious sense. This is body-based, energy-led work that helps you access
clarity, softness, and regulation. You can interpret it however you’d like—it’s about your
experience, not a system.
Can I come alone?
Yes! Most people do. This is a safe, welcoming space whether you’re solo or with a friend.
How many people will be there?
We’re keeping this intentionally small—around 20–25 people—so it feels personal, not crowded.
What if I get emotional during the session?
That’s completely okay. Your body may release more than you expected—that’s part of the healing.
You’ll be supported with care and without judgment.
Is this suitable if I’m feeling anxious or low lately?
Yes. In fact, it’s designed with that in mind. All the practices work gently with the nervous system
to help you come back to center.
Will I have to speak or share?
Not at all. This is an experiential session—not a group therapy circle. You’ll be guided inward, and
everything you feel or express is yours to hold privately, unless you choose to share.
