- Mindfulness & Emotional Release We start with the emotional weight. Led by Ujjwal, this session explores forgiveness and surrender as a nervous system release—not a moral ideal. Through guided reflection and emotional release work, you’ll begin to soften the grip of old hurts, regrets, and expectations. This isn’t about grand gestures or big revelations—it’s about spaciousness. The kind that lets you breathe easier.
5:30 Pm - 6:30 Pm
- Yin Yoga After release, we move. Gently. This session with Himanshi Karol offers soft, restorative movement to help your body integrate what it’s just let go of. Think light stretches, breath-led transitions, and grounding postures that ease tension and invite calm.
6:30 Pm - 7:30 Pm
- Aqua Sound Healing We close with a sound journey under open skies. As you lie back on the water, Anjali will guide you through a calming soundscape using singing bowls and subtle vibrations designed to soothe the nervous system and settle your energy. Let your mind melt. Let your body be still. Let the sound hold what you don’t need to carry anymore.

I’ve never done anything like this before. Is that okay?
Yes. Every part of this experience is guided gently, and you’ll be supported throughout. No prior experience is needed.
Should I come on an empty stomach?
Not at all. We recommend a light meal at least an hour before—enough to feel steady, but not heavy.
No need to fast. Just give your body a little space to settle.
Do I need to bring anything?
We’ll provide bedding and sheets. You’re welcome to bring a shawl or something soft to keep warm during deeper rest or sound healing. Some people like to bring a small object that brings them comfort—it’s totally up to you.
Is this therapy?
No. This isn’t clinical therapy—it’s body-based, energy-focused support. It won’t “treat” anxiety, but it may help you feel more resourced and regulated.
Can I come alone?
Please do. Most people do. It’s a welcoming, no-pressure space whether you’re coming solo or with someone.
Will I have to speak or share?
Not unless you want to. This is a guided experience, not a group discussion circle. You’re invited to go inward, at your own pace.
What should I wear?
Soft, loose, and light-colored clothing is best. It helps your body relax and supports the energy work.
If you can, try to avoid wearing metal objects like watches, belts, or jewelry during the session—they can subtly interfere with the energetic flow. That said, always choose what feels comfortable and respectful for you.
What if I get emotional during the session?
That’s more than okay. It’s part of the work. Your body might release something it’s been holding, and you’ll be held with care. You don’t need to explain anything.
You’ll be supported with care and without judgment.
How many people will be there?
We keep it intimate—around 15 to 20 people—so it stays personal, calm, and well-held
